VFW RIDERS

Welcome to all Veteran Motorcycle Riders.
 
Unit 30 out of Post 7108, is the only VFW Rider Unit in District 20.
If you are interested in joining the Unit, please come to one of our meetings.
You can still be a member without transferring to Post 7108. 
 
The meetings are on the 2nd Saturday of the month at 9:00 am.

PURPOSE.

The purpose of the VFW Riders is to support the VFW by promoting the public visibility of the VFW, its programs, and the VFW National Home through community service and participation in veteran's service events, through responsible motorcycling in our community.  We will promote motorcycle riding and veteran's service with an active membership and provide a positive model for motorcyclists and veterans alike.

 

On July 24th, 2026 at the National VFW Convention in Reno a meeting is scheduled to decide the new bylaws and direction the VFW Riders. If successful the Riders will form another sunset of the VFW. The group will have its own accounts and officers. The new group will also try to decide on a back patch acceptable to all chapters. All attending the conference are invited to attend.
